Jim Ricciardelli, founder and CEO, has over 30 years of digital and electronic components industry experience. He has helped companies transform their end to end customer experience to develop more insightful customer relationships that drive innovation and growth. From 2015 to 2022, he served as Executive Vice President, Digital Business, at Digi-Key Electronics where he led the global eCommerce, Sales and Marketing organizations.
Prior to joining Digi-Key Electronics, he served as Vice President, eCommerce Strategy, at Arrow Electronics for six years. Mr. Ricciardelli attended the Harvard Business School where he earned a degree in The General Management Program. He also received his MBA from Babson College and his bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire.
